Recipe:
Open image in Decim8....process on "Random" until happy....
Save.
Open in 3D Photo....process in the "Marble" mode...until happy....
Save.
Open this in Photo Texture...apply filter #28.
Save.
Open in Jazz...put on a bit of "Vignette" (Amount 100; Radius 35)
Save...and Done!

Decim8 first up. Now I get it. I really love the way this has turned out.
This is really compelling. Even with all the instructions...I cannot tell what it is or how you did it!
Wow...crazy! I really need to get Decim8. Still haven't tried it.
