Captured image using native camera app...

Opened in TouchReTouch to remove some "dust and dirt" from the black background...just a quick clean-up....Saved.

Opened in PhotoForge2.....

1.) Did a little cropping to tighten up the composition.

2.) Applied "Sharpen" @54%

3.) Applied "Brightness & Contrast"

4.) Used "Sin City" @ 60%

5.) At this point I saved the image in Camera Roll to use a base layer. Staying in PhotoForge2, I continued to build....

6.) Vignette @72%

7.) At this point, I reopened the "Sin City" layer as a "New Layer".

8.) Flattened the two layers and saved!

Reopened in Snapseed to do a little more "Selective Adjust" for brightness and contrast.

Saved...and done!
