Recipe:
Open image in FX Photo Studio...crop and adjust to taste.
Then....apply these filters:
1. Steaming Window 2
2. Blue Lense
Save.
Reopen in Snapseed...apply these filters:
1. Selective Adjust for contrast and brightness
2. Details for contrast and brightness
3. Drama 1
4. Frame 2
Save and post!
