It's hard not to create spring images right now...everything is in it's prime! Such a beautiful time of year!!
Recipe:
Open up your Photo Toaster app....
Do a little tight cropping...
Use the "Recovery" filter to adjust the highlights.
Add some 'Dramatic FX".
Finish with the "Artsy border".
Save and savor...
