Recipe:
Find some meters at the back of a building...and grab some snaps.
Pick the one that "speaks to you" (Don't you just love that saying!)
Open in FX Photo Studio....do some cropping...make it tight!
Now...apply these filters, adjusting as needed:
1. "Invert"
2. "Warm" (Color Temperature)
3. "Amsterdam"
4. "Dirty Picture 2"
Save...and enjoy!!
